At Glier's, we were pioneers in deer processing in the Cincinnati region, opening our doors to hunters in 1987. At that time we were the only meat processor in the region that ventured beyond simple butchering and burger, and hunters quickly came to know us for what is now our signature deer product, our famous original summer sausage.


Over the years we have expanded our selection, from barbecue and jerky early on, to our popular Italian and hot mettwurst sausages. This year we are proud to release our new meatloaf, a mouthwatering product far surpassing anything commercially available outside of another custom deli. We currently offer the largest selection of deer products in the region, and one of the largest in the United States.


In 2008 we completed work on our new deer production facility, a newly-finished floor of our historic building solely dedicated to quality deer processing. In 2009, we are proud to launch the BEST Deer Processing brand, along with our website, new convenient office facilities and an increased product selection.
